| About Me Based near Chesterfield in Derbyshire, I have been face painting at events such as birthday parties, corporate events, weddings etc throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire for 6 years. I am friendly and extremely reliable and get several repeat bookings. When I am not face painting I am a member of Bolsover Drama Group. I pride myself in providing a professional but affordable face painting service. The paints that I use are all of the highest quality EU and FDA (USA) compliant cosmetic grade and are water-based. It is important that you know that the products being applied to your child's skin are safe.
 When you book me for your event, I arrive on the day with my special tall chair, a table and all my face painting equipment (including the all important mirror!). I also have a book which shows design ideas so that your guests can be transformed into dogs, butterflies, tigers, rabbits, monsters and lots more. I normally paint 10 - 12 full faces per hour. This depends on which design the child has chosen and how still they sit! Wrigglers do sometimes take a little longer!! Many of the cheek art designs are quicker to do and are a good choice if you have a large number of guests. Booking times are by the hour and you only pay for the time I am painting - not for set-up and for packing away at the end. | Disclaimer I take the health, safety and welfare of every child very seriously and because of this I will not paint the face of a child that is under 3 years of age. Please do not ask me to paint babies! I will not paint anyone with a cold sore, conjunctivitis, or any other contagious skin complaint. Whilst the paints are water-based and are extremely safe, every child is different so if you are not sure about the effect of the paint on your child's skin, I can do a small patch test on the arm then paint them later if they have had no adverse reaction. I have full public and products liability insurance to £5m and am CRB checked. | | | |
